These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through https://velsoriav.com.
The seller is Xiamen Yiling Gongchuang Technology Co., Ltd., trading as velsoriav.
1. Before Ordering
Review the product description, selected options, quantity, directions, and relevant precautions before submitting an order.
You must be legally able to enter the transaction and authorized to use the selected payment method.
If information important to your purchase is missing or unclear, contact us before ordering.
2. Order Receipt and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods.
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order. Acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, an unresolved payment issue, or a material listing error, we will notify you. Any payment for an order we cannot accept will be refunded.
3. Prices, Currency, and Charges
The checkout identifies the transaction currency and the amount payable, including shipping charges and taxes collected by us.
Your bank or payment provider may impose currency conversion or other charges under its own agreement with you.
Additional destination import charges may apply where they are not included in checkout, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
4. Payment Methods
Available payment options are displayed at checkout or through an integrated payment service offered by the store.
Authorization and processing are subject to the selected provider's requirements. A provider's payment processing role does not replace our responsibility as the seller.
We will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without your consent.
5. Product Information
The description and express commitments presented when you purchase form part of your order.
Individual skincare experiences may vary. General statements about possible benefits do not promise a specific personal outcome.
This does not reduce rights where a product is defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description.
6. Changes and Cancellation
Contact service@velsoriav.com promptly if you need to cancel or amend an order.
We will check fulfillment progress and confirm what remains possible. Cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has progressed.
We do not charge a cancellation fee for an order successfully cancelled before dispatch. If an order has shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies, subject to mandatory cancellation rights.
7. Preparation and Delivery
Preparation normally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 7–12 business days after dispatch.

We do not disclaim all responsibility once a parcel has been handed to a carrier. Contact us about loss, damage, or non-delivery so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-calendar-day window for eligible change-of-mind return requests.
Skincare products must generally be unused and unopened for those voluntary returns. Defective, damaged, incorrect, and materially misdescribed goods are handled separately.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection, or after approval where no return is required.
9. Promotions
Any promotional conditions must be presented before purchase. Eligible discounts and shipping offers should appear in the final checkout total.
Contact us before paying if the checkout does not reflect an offer you believe applies.
10. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These purchase terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of habitual residence.
Disputes may be brought before courts competent under applicable law. No provision limits non-waivable cancellation rights, product guarantees, or remedies.
The policies and terms applicable when your order is accepted govern that purchase. Later changes do not retrospectively remove your rights.
