Who pays return postage?
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. If we supplied damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods, we cover necessary return shipping and arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost.
When will a refund be issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. Where no return is required, the period begins when the refund is approved. Your bank may need additional time.
