This policy covers purchases from velsoriav, operated by Xiamen Yiling Gongchuang Technology Co., Ltd.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
For change-of-mind returns, skincare products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Any hygiene or tamper-evident seal must remain intact. Include supplied accessories and original packaging where applicable, together with proof of purchase.
Products opened or used after delivery are generally excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind return policy for hygiene reasons.
These restrictions do not prevent you from reporting defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods or exercising mandatory consumer rights.
2. Requesting a Return

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. After reviewing eligibility, we will provide the return destination and instructions. A timely request remains within the return window while you await our response.
3. Return Destination
Please contact us before sending merchandise. The assigned return facility may differ from our business address.
We will confirm the destination country, full return address, and any relevant instructions before you post the item. Depending on the assigned facility, an international return may be required. For a change-of-mind return, you may request an indicative postage estimate before deciding how to proceed.
Do not send returns to our business address unless instructed.
4. Return Shipping and Fees
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. Original outbound shipping charges are normally non-refundable for these voluntary returns, except where applicable law requires reimbursement.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you, including necessary return shipping. Where a full refund is appropriate because of our error, applicable original shipping charges will also be refunded.
5. Product Problems
Inspect your delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Keep the item and packaging while we review the matter.
For an unexpected skin reaction, stop using the product and contact us with the product and order details. We will review the circumstances and any applicable consumer remedies. An individual reaction does not automatically establish a product defect.
6. Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If we confirm that a return is unnecessary, this period begins when the refund is approved.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. Contact us if a refund has not appeared after the stated processing period and your provider's posting time.
7. Cancellations and Exchanges
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped. Successful cancellations before dispatch carry no cancellation fee.
After dispatch, return procedures may apply. For an exchange, contact us first to discuss availability and the appropriate process.
8. Mandatory Rights
This voluntary policy supplements applicable consumer rights. It does not remove statutory cancellation rights or remedies for goods that are faulty, unsafe, or do not match their description. Mandatory rules prevail where they provide different or additional protection.
